Birthday Baby!

Today I got up at 4 am after getting 2.5 hours of sleep and went to work at 5...on my birthday.  I made that choice. I was excited because everyday I know that the decisions I make are MY DECISIONS, MY CHOICES and the outcomes of those choices are MY RESPONSIBILITY.  I was excited because I knew I could help people with the special skills I have.  I was excited because I knew I would be surrounded by positive people that support me tonight to celebrate. I was excited because 2 years ago I dreamt of working in the fitness industry and everyday I live it. Everything I do and you do is a choice.  I am where I am because that's what I want. DON'T FORGET IT. You can stay where you are.  But you can't stay where you are and get where you're going. Make moves,  Will something, dream big, take action and see what happens.  Change the way you look at things and the things you look at change.  32 is gonna be a great year!!
