Yesterday I drank a full Gallon. Yippee!! My workout follows.
Squat: 45 x5x2 65x5x2 85x5 105x5 125x5 135x5 135x3 failed on 4th 135x3 130x5 Press: 45x5x2 65x5 75x5 85x3 failed 4th 80x5x3 Deadlift: 115x5 135x5 165x5 175x5 185x5 I think the failed squats was more mental than strength based. I psych myself out abit when I approach a PR on the squat. I need to get over that. The press fail was strength. I will give both another try next workout which is 7/12. Today and tomorrow are rest days. The only work I will do is on the milk.
