Bfast: 5 strips of bacon, 2 eggs over easy and a bowl of spinach with olive oil
Lunch: Roasted chicken, a peach and sauteed cabbage with cilantro
Dinner: Lamb sausage with peppers
Snacks: sunflower and macadamia nuts and a couple pluots
I had mentioned previously that I injured my back squatting. I am almost 100% and have started working out again. I am going to start working on my press and try to get it up to my bodyweight (160lbs). I will also start doing some light deadlifts as well and see how my back likes it. I squatted the bar the other day and it felt just fine. To make up for my lack up time pumping iron I have been working on some gymnastics stuff, trying to get my handstand locked in. I recently read an excerpt from Methode Naturelle and found some very interesting stuff on posture and jumping and climbing I have been putting to use as well. Erwan Le Corre of MovNat incorporates a lot of stuff from it and he has a really great program that I would love to experience someday.
